Tricia Stanson is a self-taught artist. She paints on found objects, mostly wood, using acrylics and house paint. She often incorporates collage into her work. She paints primarily from memory and her life experiences. She is most inspired by her family, friends, other artwork and artists. Her pieces are bright, vivid and fun, yet have a highly consistent and unique personal vision. Numerous galleries have shown her paintings and they are included in private collections across the country.
