resident of Tampa, Florida Jack was born in Idaho. Jack, his mother, and
brother moved to Florida after the death of Jack’s father in 1947.
Jack worked in retail for over thirty years and in 1991 he was forced to
retire. In addition to this unwanted retirement, Jack was going through
problems with his health. He became very bitter and angry and leaned on
his family for support, eventually turning to art as therapy.
